Susan Duffy is a sought-after business growth strategist, marketing consultant and entrepreneur. She is highly experienced in working with senior leadership teams to implement smart, effective out-of-the-box strategies that drive growth. She specializes in luxury brands with a focus on travel, lifestyle, and health & wellness and brings specific expertise in marketing to HNW/ UHNW clientele and strategic partnership development.
Currently, Susan is the founder of Peak Ventures, a boutique business coaching and consulting firm. Her recent work is focused on emerging trends in wellness and transformative travel and she serves a strategic advisor, business coach and consultant for C-suite executives, entrepreneurs and the global travel advisor community she has been a part of for 14 years.
Most recently, she spoke at South by Southwest on trends in luxury wellness travel at Robb Report’s House of Robb and has become an Ambassador for the Global Wellness Institute (GWI), a nonprofit organization with a mission to empower wellness worldwide. GWI brings together leaders to chart the future of health and wellness and has been instrumental in the growth of the multitrillion dollar wellness economy.
As a strategic advisor to senior leadership teams, Susan brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record growing luxury travel, lifestyle and wellness brands. She leverages her long-term relationships with a wide network of strategic partners, C-suite executives and high-net-worth clients to create immediate impact among key decision makers and is often hired as a game-changing weapon by clients looking to tap into her circles of influence.
Prior to founding Peak Ventures, Susan held various positions as a corporate executive, marketing agency strategist, and consultant within both the luxury travel and health & wellness industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Growth Strategy for Global Travel Collection (GTC), Internova Travel Group’s luxury subsidiary, and a leader in providing premium travel services to leisure travelers, corporate executives and the entertainment industry. She led a strategy team focused on the development, implementation and scaling of new products and services within Global Travel Collection designed to empower its international community of travel advisors and global partners.
Susan’s own life has been fueled by an addiction to adventure and her mission to live a life driven by curiosity. She is a long-time study of transformative practices at the intersection of personal development, psychology, spirituality, neuroscience and the myriad ways in which a mindful approach to our day to day can impact our ability to live well. She has traveled the world and spent a lifetime pursuing her passion for music, art, comedy, food and all things worth telling a story about. Her exposure to these worlds has fueled her creativity, inspired great ideas and enabled her to develop a keen sense of what the future might look like and how to be the first to arrive.
When she is not off exploring some far-flung destination, she resides in New York City.
